1.1 30-Day Return Policy

We offer one return opportunity within 30 days of placing your order.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Mount to Coast Switzerland.
Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, and in the original packaging, including tags, shoe bags, packing materials, and any free gifts.

1.2 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
Please note that any original shipping charges (e.g., Express Shipping) are non-refundable.

1.3 Return Process

To request a return, please contact us via our contact form on the website.
Once your request is received, we will evaluate the return eligibility based on the product condition.
We kindly ask you to include photos of the shoes (upper, outsole) and all original packaging for assessment.

Return steps:

• Step 1: Contact us via the contact form with your order details and photos.

• Step 2: Once approved, you may return the item at your own expense.

• Step 3: We will process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

2. Exchanges

2.1 Exchange Policy

We offer one exchange opportunity within 30 days of placing your order.
Exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from Mount to Coast Switzerland.
Exchanges are only allowed within the same model, with the option to choose different sizes or colors.
Exchanged items must be returned in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

2.2 Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us via the contact form.
Please include photos of the product and packaging for condition assessment.
Once the return is approved:

• You return the item at your own cost

• Upon inspection and approval, we ship the new pair free of charge

• You will receive a tracking number once the new item has shipped

3. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via the contact form.
Once the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may initiate a return once you receive the package.
