How long and how much will the shipping take?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours (working days).
Standard Shipping: This option is available at no cost to you and your items will arrive within 48 to 72 hours after it has been shipped.
Priority Shipping: For those who need their items sooner, we offer a priority shipping option for a fee of CHF 9.00. Your order will arrive within 24 to 48 hours after it has been shipped

How can I return / exchange my purchase?
A: We offer a 30-day free return and 1 free size exchange within 30 days of placing your order. Make sure your product is eligible for a return and follow the specified process, and we will cover the shipping cost for you. Please note that Priority Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange.

How long will I get my refund?
A: Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return, and the refund will be issued via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund order has been confirmed.
